Role:
We are seeking a seasoned Principal Mechanical Engineer to lead complex MEP projects across commercial, healthcare, higher education, and mission-critical sectors. This role combines technical expertise with leadership, guiding design teams and ensuring high-quality mechanical systems delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead mechanical design for HVAC, plumbing, and building systems from concept through construction.

Oversee project scope, schedules, and budgets while ensuring compliance with codes and standards (ASHRAE, NFPA, local building codes).Perform load calculations, energy modeling, and system sizing using industry tools (e.g., Trane Trace, HAP).Utilize Revit and AutoCAD for detailed design and coordination with other disciplines.

Mentor junior engineers and designers, fostering technical growth and best practices.

Collaborate with architects, contractors, and clients to deliver innovative, sustainable solutions.

Drive quality assurance and process improvements across projects.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's in Mechanical Engineering.10+ years of experience in MEP design for building systems.

PE license strongly preferred.

Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and HVAC design software.

Strong knowledge of mechanical codes, energy efficiency standards, and sustainable design principles.
