Job Description

Are you a technical problem-solver who thrives on human connection? Our client is looking for an Industrial Equipment Sales Engineer to serve as the vital link between their sophisticated electro-mechanical systems and their global client base. In this role, you won t just sell products-you ll solve complex challenges, influence the future of the company's R&D, and drive strategic growth for a market leader. This is an ideal role for a high-potential individual with a strong technical background looking to launch a career in business strategy.•This role will require travel of approximately 1 week per month after the 90 day training periodsalary: $65,000 - $85,000 per yearshift: Firstwork hours: 8 AM - 5

BachelorsResponsibilitiesStrategy & Analysis Strategic Planning:
Aligning sales activities with corporate growth goals.
Forecasting:
Predicting sales volume and setting performance targets.
Market Intelligence:
Analyzing customer needs, pricing, and competitor activities.
Expansion Research:
Identifying potential new territories and client bases.
Client & Channel Management Relationship Building:
Managing key accounts and negotiating order bookings.
Presentations:
Delivering technical sales pitches to prospects and stakeholders.
Advisory:
Consulting dealers and distributors on advertising and sales tactics.
Public Relations:
Representing the company at trade shows and industry meetings.
Cross-Functional Liaison R&D Feedback:
Providing field data to influence product research and development.
Internal Coordination:
Bridging communication between HQ, manufacturing, and sales units.
Technical Reporting:
Synthesizing sales statistics into actionable policy reports.
Operational Tools CRM & Software:
Maintaining data integrity in Salesforce and Order Processing Systems.
Visual Assets:
Utilizing Photoshop/Illustrator for sales or technical materials.
Project Management:
Organizing workflows via Excel, G Suite, and Word.
