Job Description
Mechanical design professional responsible for developing products and components across multiple industries using CAD-based design and engineering methods. Job Requirements Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field Associate degree with strong mechanical design experience may be considered Minimum 2 years of post-graduate mechanical design experience Experience designing mechanical systems involving sheet metal, weldments, machined parts, and mechanisms Proficiency in CAD software such as Creo, SolidWorks, Autodesk Inventor, or Unigraphics NX U.S. citizenship required Preferred Skills 3-5+ years of mechanical design experience Experience designing plastics, castings, hydraulics, or wire harnesses Experience in mobile equipment industries such as construction, agriculture, mining, turf equipment, cranes, motorsports, RV, heavy truck/trailer, or automotive Job Responsibilities Design products and components for a range of clients and industries Develop mechanical designs for sheet metal, weldments, machined parts, and mechanisms Create and revise CAD models and engineering documentation Support product development activities from concept through design completion Contribute design solutions for applications across industrial and mobile equipment sectors
