We are seeking a Field Follow Engineer to support product validation and field performance activities for agricultural and construction equipment. The ideal candidate will work closely with engineering, product development, manufacturing, and service teams to validate new products, investigate field issues, and drive continuous product improvements. This role requires strong technical troubleshooting skills, hands-on equipment experience, and the ability to support customers and dealers in the field. Key Responsibilities Lead field follow engineering activities to monitor and evaluate equipment performance under real-world operating conditions.
Plan, coordinate, and execute product validation and verification activities for new and existing products.
Analyze field performance data and identify product reliability, durability, and quality improvement opportunities.
Investigate product failures, perform root cause analysis, and recommend corrective and preventive actions.
Provide technical support to service teams, dealers, and customers for agricultural and construction equipment.
Collaborate with design, manufacturing, quality, and supplier teams to resolve field issues and implement engineering changes.
Support prototype evaluations, field testing, and product launch activities.
Prepare technical reports, validation documentation, and engineering recommendations based on field observations.
Ensure product performance meets customer expectations, safety standards, and company quality requirements.
Travel to customer sites, dealerships, and field locations to support equipment testing, troubleshooting, and validation activities.
