Wight & Company is currently looking for summer interns to work in our Mechanical Engineering group in our Darien office. Engineering interns have opportunities to work with the engineering teams on projects and to also collaborate with Wight's architects and construction managers. Key Responsibilities:
Work with Junior and Senior Engineers to develop creative solutions to challenges in the design processes Expand upon existing technical and computer skills to aid with day-to-day activities Attend team and client meetings in-house and on-site Develop and maintain strong internal and external client relations Provide meaningful contributions to project advancement and completionRequirements:
Current student pursuing a Bachelor's/Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering Strong communication skills Good organization and computer skills Revit building information modelling experience preferred Openness to learn and have funSalary Range :
$20 - $25/hr. Individual pay will be based on several factors including experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant.
