Full-Time | Direct-Hire About the Opportunity Our client, a leading manufacturer of engineered industrial equipment, has a direct-hire opening for a Design Engineering Manager at their Galesburg, Illinois facility. This is a high-impact leadership role overseeing engineering design teams and driving innovation across custom equipment projects within the food processing equipment industry. Position Overview The Design Engineering Manager will lead the design engineering team while working closely with manufacturing, supply chain, and project stakeholders. This role focuses on driving productivity, ensuring technical accuracy, and supporting successful execution of engineering projects. The position also plays a key role in improving manufacturability, resolving complex design challenges, and delivering project updates to leadership.
