What You Will Do:
- Overseeing compliance with development processes and regulations for electrical and electronic systems and components.
- Investigating and troubleshooting all technical issues related to electrical and electronic systems and components.
- Managing and negotiating with electrical and electronic equipment vendors for the development of systems and components.
- Mentoring technicians and engineers in the development of electrical and electronic systems and components.
- Requires a degree in an accredited Engineering, Computer Science, or Materials Science curriculum.

- Knowledge of a given technology and various application methods; ability to develop and provide solutions to significant technical challenges.: Electronics Engineering
HTH:
Knowledge of electronics engineering; ability to design, test and manufacture electronic circuits, components and devices. Product DesignHTH:
Knowledge of and the ability to utilize design tools (e.g. CAD) to convert customer and market requirements into a product design. Reliability ManagementHTH:
Knowledge of reliability management; ability to utilize various tools, techniques, methodologies and metrics to meet and manage hardware product performance and reliability objectives. Mechanical EngineeringMFG:
Knowledge of mechanical engineering processes, techniques and methods; ability to design and implement machines and other mechanical devices that safely realize a desired objective or invention. Troubleshooting Technical Problems- Knowledge of troubleshooting approaches, tools and techniques; ability to anticipate, detect and resolve technical problems in a manufacturing and product development environment.
Top Candidates Will Have:
A bachelor's degree in an accredited Engineering or Computer Science program Experience with electronic components in heavy duty off highway applications Solid experience with CAN/J1939 and other communication protocols Competence in working with and managing a component supply base Demonstrated ability to move component products from concept through productionAdditional Details:
This position requires the candidate to work full-time at the Mossville, IL office. Domestic relocation assistance is available for this position. Visa sponsorship is NOT available for this position Travel can be up to 10% #LI Summary Pay Range:
$112,710.00- $169,060.
