Job Description
Education & Experience Required:
- Years of experience: 1 to 3+ years in Engineering
- Degree requirement: BS in Engineering / Technology
- Do you accept internships as job experience: No Top 3 Skills
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and prints
Additional Technical Skills :
(Required)- Basic engine component and system level knowledge & experience
- Strong written communication skills o Skilled in MS Office Applications
- Demonstrated leadership skills to lead team meetings (Desired)
- CREO 3D modeling (or similar) and simulation skill set
- Component level design experience with castings, fabrications & injection molded polymers
- Engine component and system level design experience
Soft Skills:
(Required)- Ability to interact with shop floor technicians
- Strong organization and time management skills
