M&S Machining is seeking candidates who have mechanical engineering experience. Individuals applying for this position will provide overall project engineering leadership on specific projects and will be responsible for developing and presenting engineering solutions to meet customer and company requirements and leading the team in implementing solutions.

What you'll be doing: Leading teams focused on developing technical solutions to simple and complex engineering problems. Prioritizing projects to ensure on time completion. Spearhead research and development of new products and procedures. Assisting manufacturing personnel in the interpretation and execution of engineering plans. Review and interpret complex engineered blueprints, technical documentation, and military specifications to identify and solve complex manufacturing issues. Creating and developing technical documentation, W.P.S., P.Q.R.'s, etc… Using Solidworks to design, analyze and modify various tooling and fixturing to solve manufacturing challenges working closely with the manufacturing team.

Favorable if you have:

Significant experience with any of the following: Machining, sheet metal, certified welding, complex assembly experience, metrology. High level of knowledge in metrology and GD&T. Experience with Capital expenditure projects, line builds, new equipment modification and installation. Experience in the defense and aerospace manufacturing industry. Bachelor's Degree or higher in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or related Engineering degree. Not From the Area?
