This position blends hands-on engineering troubleshooting with technical leadership, cross-functional collaboration, vendor management, and continuous process improvement. You will move confidently between resolving complex instrument failures, optimizing maintenance workflows, and serving as a trusted technical partner to internal laboratory teams and external regulators.
