Onsite Summary:
Seeking a Sr. Mechanical Engineer with expertise in mechanical/electromechanical design and development for complex systems, preferably in aerospace environments.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, aerospace engineering, or related technical field Experience in mechanical/electromechanical design, analysis, testing, and/or manufacturing Proficiency in CAD tools such as
Creo and Solidworks Preferred Skills:
Experience with FEA and CFD analysis methods Knowledge of GD&T and tolerance stack-up analysis Familiarity with FAA certification processes and regulatory standards Experience with hardware integration including electronic board assembly design
Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end hardware development for AERO mobile solutions Own design verification and qualification testing Perform engineering analyses using hand calculations, FEA, CFD, and CAD tools Develop detailed production drawings using GD&T Drive design for manufacturability (DFM) principles
