Mechanical Engineer (Entry level 0 - 3 years experience) Job Description We are seeking a hands-on, mechanically minded Engineer to support key groups in Hydraulics, Mechanical Design, and Applications Engineering. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on variety, problem-solving, and working across multiple technical disciplines. Essential Skills Strong SolidWorks experience. Proven mechanical design skills. High mechanical aptitude and comfort with hands-on engineering tasks. Ability to work with multiple teams and shift between project types. Additional Skills & Qualifications Exposure to hydraulics or fluid power. Experience in automation, motion control, or industrial equipment. Strong communication and problem-solving skills. Experience within Hydraulic System Design and familiarity with Hydraulics at the Systems Level. Ability to read and interpret schematics. Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering (BSME) or related field. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Schaumburg, IL. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $28.84 - $33.65/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
