Responsible for Design Release Engineering (DRE) activities for automotive seat systems, ensuring design, quality, cost, and timing targets are met. Manage Just-In-Time (JIT) seat supplier coordination , including design changes, issue resolution, and production readiness. Review and release seat components, drawings, specifications, and BOMs while ensuring compliance with company standards. Collaborate with suppliers, manufacturing, quality, purchasing, and cross-functional engineering teams to resolve issues and support vehicle launch.
