Requirements:

• Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related engineering discipline. Technical degrees do not qualify.
• Strong proficiency in Creo, Siemens NX, and/or CATIA for mechanical/structural design and 3D modeling.
• Hands-on experience with ANSYS Mechanical Workbench and linear-static FEA for structural analysis and design optimization.
• Strong knowledge of structural design, vehicle/product system development, packaging, and integration, including frames, brackets, and subframes.
• Working knowledge of

GD&T, Windchill PDM/PLM, technical drawings, and Design for Additive Manufacturing.

Responsibilities:

• Design and develop vehicle/product systems and structural components, including frames, brackets, subframes, mounts, and assemblies from concept through production.
• Create and optimize CAD designs and packaging solutions using Creo, Siemens NX, and/or CATIA.
• Perform linear-static FEA using ANSYS Mechanical Workbench to evaluate structural performance and optimize designs.
• Generate engineering drawings and apply

GD&T, while maintaining product data through Windchill PDM/PLM.

• Support testing and validation, including test design, DVP&R development, technical reporting, and presentation of project status.
