Mechanical Engineer

Your key responsibilities will include:
Collaborate- Work closely with production, maintenance, and leadership teams to enhance operations and solve challenges together. ?? Take Responsibility
- Own the design, implementation, and optimization of mechanical systems that improve efficiency and reliability. Drive Growth
- Identify and integrate new technologies, streamline processes, and develop solutions that support both personal and company growth.
Additional responsibilities:
? Designing & Implementing mechanical systems for veneer and plywood production? Troubleshooting & Problem-Solving mechanical issues on the production floor? Implementing Preventative Maintenance strategies to enhance reliability? Ensuring Compliance with safety and environmental regulations What We're Looking For Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field Experience in industrial/manufacturing environments (wood products experience a plus!) Strong knowledge of mechanical design, automation, and preventative maintenance Hands-on approach with a knack for troubleshooting and problem-solving Passion for continuous improvement and lean manufacturing Excellent communication and teamwork skills Strong attention to detail with the ability to ensure accuracy and consistency in all tasks Proactive and able to work independently with minimal supervision to diagnose and resolve maintenance issues Why Join Us?
