You should be comfortable reading electrical schematics and using diagnostic test equipment without needing to be walked through it. Experience with CNC systems, robotics, PLCs, or HMI displays is a plus but not required — we're happy to train the right person up on our specific equipment if the electrical fundamentals are solid. A steady, detail-oriented approach matters here: our guarantee to customers depends on getting it right the first time. Requirements 2+ years of hands-on experience with industrial electric motors, drives, or servo systems Ability to read electrical schematics and wiring diagrams Experience with diagnostic test equipment (meggers, multimeters, oscilloscopes) Reliable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently once trained Willingness to occasionally support field service calls Preferred Experience with CNC systems, robotics, PLCs, or HMI/display repair Formal training in industrial electrical/electronics, electromechanical technology, or a related trade Military electronics/electrical background
