What We're Looking For We need someone with hands-on experience troubleshooting and repairing industrial electric motors, drives, and/or servo motors — whether that came from a shop, a plant maintenance department, the military, or a trade program. You should be comfortable reading electrical schematics and using diagnostic test equipment without needing to be walked through it. Experience with CNC systems, robotics, PLCs, or HMI displays is a plus but not required — we're happy to train the right person up on our specific equipment if the electrical fundamentals are solid. A steady, detail-oriented approach matters here: our guarantee to customers depends on getting it right the first time. Requirements 2+ years of hands-on experience with industrial electric motors, drives, or servo systems Ability to read electrical schematics and wiring diagrams Experience with diagnostic test equipment (meggers, multimeters, oscilloscopes) Reliable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently once trained Willingness to occasionally support field service calls Preferred Experience with CNC systems, robotics, PLCs, or HMI/display repair Formal training in industrial electrical/electronics, electromechanical technology, or a related trade Military electronics/electrical background

$30.00 - $35.00 per hour
