• 3 days onsite(Tue, Wed, Thursday) Job Summary We are seeking a Project Engineer to support engineering programs focused on product design and release within a manufacturing environment.

This role is responsible for managing components through the full product lifecycle, including design, development, validation, and production release. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in design and release engineering, cross-functional collaboration, and problem-solving in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Lead design and release activities for assigned components from concept through production Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and deliverables Coordinate with cross-functional teams including design, manufacturing, suppliers, and program management Support product development milestones, ensuring quality, cost, and timing objectives are met Manage engineering changes, documentation, and bill of materials (BOM) updates Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for design and production issues Participate in design reviews and provide technical input Track and report project status, risks, and performance metrics Support continuous improvement initiatives and product optimization efforts Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical field 2+ years of experience in design and release engineering Experience supporting full product lifecycle (design through production release) Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Effective communication and collaboration skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Preferred Qualifications Experience in automotive or manufacturing environments Exposure to exterior components or similar product systems Knowledge of engineering change processes and BOM management Understanding of manufacturing processes such as injection molding or assembly Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies Work Environment Hybrid schedule (onsite Tuesday-Thursday, remote Monday/Friday) Collaborative, team-oriented environment with high cross-functional interaction Minimal travel requirements #Pnow123
