- Determine requirements of medical device packaging for both sterile and non-sterile medical devices in order to identify material, develop packaging configurations, process validation protocols (OQ/PQ), packaging design verification activities and shelf-life studies Continuously improve packaging methods, implement cost savings, and identify improvements in sustainable packaging.
Qualifications Minimum:
Bachelor's degree student with a sophomore or junior-level class standing Pursuing a bachelor's degree in Packaging Engineering, or a related concentration. Minimum 2.8 out of 4.0 cumulative GPA Legally authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis without the need for sponsorship for an employment visa in the future Able to participate full-time (40 hours/week)Other:
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Ability to work independently with team members from various disciplines, e.g., operations, quality, regulatory, supply chain, etc. Team player with effective verbal and written communication skills. Technical writing skills, and ability to develop protocols and reports to qualify design changes. Job Location Eden Prairie, Minnesota (no relocation or housing assistance available) Term/Hours Spring and Summer of 2026. January start dates are preferred, but other start dates will be considered, including Summer and Fall 2027 Co-op.Hours:

Estimated Pay Range:
$23.00- $25.00/hour
