Job Description
Responsibilities:
Develop products from conceptualization to launch Collaborates and consults with Test, Manufacturing, and Quality Engineers in support of new product development Partner with Sales, Applications, and Marketing to create solutions for diverse OEM markets. Maintain a high level of interaction with customers, sales managers, and application engineers Leads or assists in efforts to resolve product performance issues Adheres to all safety regulations Demonstrates support of CPC core values Performs other job duties as required to meet business needs. Comply with all Quality policies while continuously identifying opportunities for improvement. Support the process of ISO, ASI, and other certifications deemed necessary by the business. Adhere to all safety regulations. Other duties as assigned to support business and department needs.Qualifications:
Basic Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or another related field. 2+ year of design and product development experience. Curious, creative, and tenacious problem solver Desired character attributes: Drive- The unrelenting need for achievement and constant self-improvement Resiliency

- PTC Creo (preferred), Solidworks, etc.
Preferred Skills:
Demonstrated history of design innovation. Knowledge of designing plastic components for injection molding. Basic understanding of Finite Element Analysis. Machining experience & understanding. Knowledge of Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing (GD&T). Demonstrated history of translating customer needs into innovative new products. 2+ years' experience in design of mass-produced plastic or machined products such as automotive, medical devices, toys, etc. Design experience with fluid handling components for industrial applications. Familiarity with ISO 9001, 13485, medical device, or medical device components a plus.Travel:

Pay Range :
$84,000.00- $112,000.
