Job Description
Job Summary Saint Bark is looking for an organized and energetic Front Desk Attendant to be the first point of contact for our human and dog guests. You'll be responsible for checking in dogs and their owners, ensuring registration requirements are met, and providing a seamless experience from the moment guests walk through our doors. This role also entails beverage serving. You'll serve prepackaged beer, cider, seltzers, soda, and water while ensuring guests enjoy a welcoming and fun environment. No pouring or mixing required!
Responsibilities:
Greet all guests with a warm and friendly demeanor. Check-in dogs using our digital registration system; verify vaccination records. Answer questions about the park, memberships, and services offered. Collect daily pass fees and other transactions using the POS system. Educate first-time visitors on park rules, registration processes, and safety guidelines. Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area. Handle phone and email inquiries professionally and promptly. Report any guest concerns or complaints to the Park Supervisor or Manager. Serve canned beverages to guests efficiently and responsibly. Check guest IDs to ensure all customers purchasing alcohol are 21+. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area. Educate guests about the featured brewery partnerships of the month. Monitor and limit alcohol consumption when necessary to ensure guest safety.
Qualifications:
Must be 18 years of age or older. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively. Excellent organizational and multitasking skills. Customer service or receptionist experience preferred. Basic computer proficiency. Comfortable working in a dog-friendly environment.
