Chesterfield, Missouri job type: Contract salary: $53.33 - 80.00 per hour work hours: 8am to 5pm education: Bachelors responsibilities: Assist the Lead Mechanical Engineer in developing and reviewing piping layouts, equipment arrangements, piping specifications, and construction packages for capital projects.

Apply CAEPIPE pipe stress analysis software to evaluate piping systems and ensure compliance with process, operability, and code requirements.

Ensure all mechanical and piping designs meet process safety, operability, maintainability, and HSE standards at the chemical facility.

Provide technical guidance and oversight to mechanical and piping contractors throughout fabrication and project execution.

Support on-site system checkout, testing, startup, commissioning, and engineering closeout documentation.
