This role is responsible for mechanical design, project support, and field implementation activities, working closely with cross-functional engineering teams to deliver high-quality solutions from concept through commissioning.
Some of the day to day work will include:
Design mechanical systems, components, and assemblies for industrial applications.
Create engineering drawings, models, specifications, and technical documentation.
Develop practical design solutions based on project and customer requirements.
Support fabrication, installation, startup, and commissioning activities.
Collaborate with electrical, automation, software, and manufacturing teams.
Ensure designs meet applicable safety, quality, and industry standards.
Troubleshoot mechanical issues and provide technical support during project execution.
Conduct occasional site visits to support installations and gather project information.
QualificationsBachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.3-5 years of mechanical design experience in industrial equipment, automation, or engineered systems.
Proficiency with CAD software such as AutoCAD, Inventor, or similar 3D design tools.
Ability to perform engineering calculations and interpret technical specifications.
Knowledge of industrial mechanical systems and multidisciplinary engineering environments.
Strong problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
Experience with automated or PLC-integrated equipment
Work on diverse custom-engineered projects.
Collaborate with experienced multidisciplinary teams.
Gain exposure to the full project lifecycle, from design through startup and commissioning.
