The Retrofit Engineer manages hardware retrofit projects from concept through completion, coordinating with engineering, production, sales, and customers. The role provides technical oversight, resolves issues, improves processes, and ensures projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to quality standards.

Essential Functions and Duties:
Lead hardware retrofit projects from concept through completion, managing timelines, budgets, quality, and project objectivesCollaborate with R D, production, sales, and other stakeholders to define retrofit requirements and coordinate project executionProvide technical oversight for assessing, integrating, and installing new hardware components into existing equipmentIdentify process improvements and implement best practices to improve retrofit efficiency and effectivenessProactively identify project risks, develop mitigation strategies, and maintain accurate documentation, including design changes and installation proceduresDevelop training materials and provide technical support to operators and maintenance personnel while maintaining a strong commitment to safety
Qualifications:
Associate degree or equivalent technical background with 4 to 7 years of relevant experienceProficiency with AutoCAD, SolidWorks Mechanical, SolidWorks Electrical Schematics, Excel, PowerPoint, and ERP systemsRequired experience in the semiconductor industry, particularly wet clean and/or electroplating equipmentStrong attention to detail with the ability to troubleshoot problems, improve processes, and provide effective solutionsAbility to collaborate with engineering, retrofit te To view full details and how to apply, please login or create a Job Seeker account
