We currently have an opportunity for an Engineering Intern at our Carrington, ND durum milling and pasta production facility, where we produce Dakota Growers pasta. Responsible for drafting, equipment and part design, and implementation of designed components. Development of component dimensional drawings, updating facility layout drawings, and new component concept drawings using 2D AutoCAD software. Equipment documentation to improve component fabrication resource. Collaborate with operations, maintenance, and management personnel to successfully complete assigned projects. Learn good manufacturing and food safety practices. Other duties, as assigned Must have excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills. Must have experience with mS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PPT) Must be able to deal with multiple priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Successful completion of at least 6 semesters of an accredited Bachelor's Degree Program in Agricultural & Biosystems Engineering, Industrial Engineering Management, Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or other applicable engineering field.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with 2D AutoCAD software Previous experience in an Engineering Internship role
