The Test Equipment Systems Engineer works as part of a cross-functional, multidisciplinary team to design, develop, integrate and deploy Automated Test Equipment for use across development and production programs at Marotta Controls, Inc. As a Systems Engineer you will be ultimately responsible for the Test System Design Specification Requirements (Gathering and Analysis), System Design Verification/Validation and Test System Documentation. Additionally, you will be responsible for the implementation of overall design objectives across systems. This includes modularity so systems can be easily leveraged across programs. You will need to collaborate with key stakeholders across Program Management, Quality, Supply Chain, Finance, and IPT to achieve project goals.You will also be interfacing with Mechanical, Electrical and Software Engineers in the Test Equipment group to provide guidance and mentoring, when necessary.
