Responsibilities:
1. Utilize your mechanical design expertise to create, modify, and improve mechanical systems and components for our manufacturing processes. 2. Use CAD software to create detailed 3D models and technical drawings of sheet metal products. 3. Lead and manage projects from conception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget. 4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and solve complex engineering problems. 5. Conduct thorough analyses of mechanical systems to identify areas for improvement and propose innovative solutions. 6. Develop and implement effective maintenance strategies for mechanical equipment and machinery. 7. Ensure all mechanical designs and processes comply with industry standards and regulations. 8. Provide technical guidance and support to junior engineers and other team members. 9. Continuously monitor and evaluate the efficiency of mechanical systems, recommending and implementing enhancements as needed. 10. Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in mechanical engineering and manufacturing technology, applying this knowledge to your work.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field is required; a Master's degree is preferred. 2. A minimum of 5 years of experience in mechanical engineering, specifically within the manufacturing industry. 3. Proficiency in mechanical design and CAD software, such as AutoCAD or SolidWorks. 4. Proven experience in project management, with the ability to lead projects from conception to completion. 5. In-depth understanding of manufacturing processes and industry standards.
