Duties Develop detailed mechanical designs using

AUTO CAD

software and other 3D modeling tools for innovative product development. Day to day use of AI for education and cross-references. Create comprehensive mechanical drawings, schematics, and technical documentation adhering to ASME codes & standards. Perform tolerance analysis and mechanical detail drawings to ensure precision in manufacturing processes. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including manufacturing specialists, and project managers to align design specifications with project goals. Support manufacturing activities by providing technical guidance on machine design, CNC machining processes, and assembly procedures. Manage project scheduling to ensure timely delivery of engineering milestones while maintaining quality standards. Engage in mechanical product development projects from concept through prototyping to final production, ensuring compliance with industry standards such as GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing). Experience Proven experience practicing in an industrial or manufacturing engineering role with a strong background in mechanical engineering principles. Hands-on experience with

AUTO CAD

software and drafting. Demonstrated ability to perform tolerance analysis, mechanical detail drawings, schematics, and system design documentation. Familiarity with manufacturing processes such as CNC machining, assembly techniques, and quality control standards aligned with ASME codes & standards. Experience conducting root cause analysis using tools like FMEA (Failure Mode Effects Analysis) or similar methodologies. Strong project management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple mechanical engineering projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines. Practicing in an industrial or manufacturing environment with exposure to mechanical product development from initial concept through production is highly desirable.
