Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Electro-Mechanical Lead Technician to oversee and execute complex builds, troubleshooting, Blue print reading as well as elctro schematic reading in our manufacturing facility. This dynamic role combines electrical and mechanical expertise to ensure optimal equipment performance, safety, and efficiency. As a leader in your field, you will guide a team of technicians, to keep our operations running smoothly. Your experience and strong customer service skills will support continuous improvement initiatives and foster positive relationships with internal teams and external partners. Responsibilities Lead and mentor a team of electro-mechanical technicians you will provide guidance on assembly of mechanical & electrical panels and cabinets.

Blueprint Interpretation:

Read and follow technical schematics, wiring diagrams, and mechanical blueprints to guide assembly and repairs. Building and scaling cabinet and box-build capability Demonstrate the ability to troubleshoot technical and electrical issues independently. Training, mentoring, and developing less experienced assemblers.

• Develop, maintain, and ensure documentation supports product manufacturing instructions and processes. Working closely with Engineering, Quality, and Operations to establish best practices. Establish and provide the production department with tools, fixtures and methods necessary for efficient volume manufacturing of products while ensuring superior quality. Being a hands-on technical expert who can troubleshoot, teach, and help create a sustainable capability for future growth.

Pay:

$30.00 - $45.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week

Education:

High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

electrician: 1 year (Preferred)
