With extensive in-house fabrication and engineering capabilities, the company manages projects from concept development through commissioning and production support. Job Description Lead, mentor, and develop a team of mechanical design engineers. Manage resource planning, workload allocation, and project prioritization. Oversee the design and development of custom machinery, automation systems, robotics, and tooling. Drive engineering best practices, design standards, and technical quality initiatives. Lead complex engineering projects from concept through implementation. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution. Participate in customer meetings, design reviews, and technical presentations. Prepare project proposals, cost estimates, schedules, and technical documentation. Support business development efforts by identifying opportunities and strengthening client relationships. Promote a culture of continuous improvement, accountability, and innovation. Recruit, onboard, and develop engineering talent to support organizational growth. The Successful Applicant Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related discipline. 7+ years of machine design experience within industrial automation, custom equipment, robotics, or related environments. Minimum of 5 years of experience using SolidWorks for design and modeling. Demonstrated leadership experience managing or mentoring engineering teams. Strong project management, organizational, and communication skills. Proven ability to lead complex projects while balancing multiple priorities. Experience working directly with customers and cross-functional stakeholders. Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities. Professional Engineer (PE) license or eligibility highly preferred. Experience using SolidWorks FEA and CFD tools. Exposure to ISO 9001, Lean Manufacturing, or Six Sigma methodologies. What's on Offer Competitive base salary package. Annual incentive opportunities.
