You'll diagnose electro‑mechanical issues on commercial washers, dryers, and ironers; install replacement parts; and restore uptime with confidence. Throughout the day, you'll keep detailed records of your work (time and materials) and your travel (mileage and fuel), communicate status clearly to customers, and coordinate seamlessly with the service manager, parts team, and vendors. You'll care for your toolkit, testing gear, and company‑supplied service vehicle, and jump in with installation crews when needed to deliver and set up equipment.
