Alignment Engine Inc. ("Alignment") operates the high-performance computing and NeuralSync electronics-manufacturing operations at the Chillicothe Advanced Industrial Campus — a multi-employer industrial site in Chillicothe, Ohio, where advanced manufacturing and digital infrastructure operate side by side as the campus re-industrializes. We hire across the disciplines required to run our operations, on a rolling basis as capacity ramps. The role. Own thermal and mechanical design of DPU modules, including cold-plate and liquid-cooling integration with the campus infrastructure. What you'll do: Design module mechanical and thermal solutions Run thermal simulation and bench characterization Integrate liquid-cooling interfaces with facility teams Own tolerance and fastening standards Support manufacturing fixtures What you'll bring: 4+ years thermal/mechanical design for electronics CFD and bench thermal test experience Liquid cooling experience valued BSME Alignment Engine Inc. is an equal opportunity employer.
