Job Summary:

We are looking for a Mechanical Automation Design Engineer with experience in designing automation machines and equipment for manufacturing environments. The role includes mechanical design, component selection, machine development, and coordination with engineering teams. Responsibilities Design automation machines, assembly equipment, tooling, fixtures, conveyors, and material handling systems. Develop pick-and-place, robotic, pneumatic, and servo-based mechanisms. Create 3D models, detailed drawings, and BOMs using AutoCAD and SolidWorks. Select and integrate mechanical components such as sensors, bowl feeders, servo motors, and LM guides. Support machine assembly, testing, debugging, and troubleshooting. Work with customers, vendors, programmers, electricians, and offshore teams. Lead and coordinate a mechanical design team of approximately 10-12 engineers.

Required Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering. Strong experience with AutoCAD and SolidWorks. Experience designing manufacturing automation and tooling. Knowledge of robotics, pneumatics, servo systems, sensors, SPM, and material handling. Good understanding of machine design calculations, GD&T, and engineering drawings. Experience coordinating onsite and offshore engineering teams. Refer
