Mechanical Engineer Springfield, OH Commutable from: Dayton, Troy, Fairborn and surrounding areas $75,000 - $95,000 Medical, Dental & Vision (Day 1) + 401(k) with 4% Match + PTO + Birthday PTO + Quarterly Bonus + Flexible Start Times + Full Project Ownership Are you a Mechanical Engineer who wants to take ownership of custom equipment projects from concept through to installation? Do you enjoy working on bespoke industrial machinery where every project is different and your work directly impacts the finished product? This is a rare opportunity to join a well-established manufacturer building heavy-duty machinery used across the U.S. and internationally. With everything designed and built in-house, engineers are directly involved from initial concept right through to final delivery. You'll work on custom machinery using SolidWorks and AutoCAD, collaborating closely with production, service, sales and customers throughout each project. Here, you'll see your designs built, tested, installed, and operating in real-world environments. The company offers a stable Monday-Friday schedule, flexible start times, and a close-knit team where people tend to stay long-term and take real ownership of their work. This role would suit a hands-on Mechanical Engineer from a machinery, manufacturing, or capital equipment background who enjoys varied projects and end-to-end ownership.
