Experience with cost-reduction and product enhancement initiatives. Job Responsibilities Create detailed 3D models using Autodesk Inventor. Develop fabrication drawings and submittal packages. Design liquid storage tanks, hot oil heaters, baghouses, and bulk material handling systems. Apply mechanical and structural design principles to equipment layouts. Ensure designs meet structural integrity, safety, and performance requirements. Support manufacturing and assembly activities with technical drawings and design revisions. Resolve equipment design and fabrication issues identified during production or field installation. Maintain design files, bills of materials, and project documentation. Evaluate existing designs for product improvements and cost reductions. Develop design modifications for field retrofits and custom equipment configurations.
