Duties:

Support manufacturing through project scheduling, resource planning, and adherence to technical specifications. Conduct engineering testing, root cause analysis, and troubleshooting to resolve mechanical issues efficiently. Assist in fabrication processes, including hardware architecture setup, system validation, and maintenance activities. Collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams on system modeling, engineering product development, and managing software development teams when applicable Apply GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing), schematics, and electrical/mechanical troubleshooting techniques to ensure system integrity. Support system architecture design and integration of electrical engineering components like programmable logic controllers (PLCs) and integrated circuits (ICs). Contribute to lean manufacturing initiatives by optimizing fabrication workflows and implementing continuous improvement strategies. Manage maintenance schedules and conduct regular inspections to uphold safety standards and operational efficiency. Experience Proven experience practicing in an industrial or manufacturing engineering role with a strong foundation in mechanical knowledge.
