Onsite Job Summary We are looking for a Rotating Equipment Inspector to support maintenance and operations teams. The role focuses on troubleshooting rotating equipment, supporting repairs, and improving equipment reliability and safety. Key Responsibilities Troubleshoot rotating equipment issues reported by maintenance and operations. Respond to equipment problems and abnormal conditions. Review daily maintenance notifications and shift reports. Support equipment repairs and failure analysis. Help prepare repair scopes and Inspection Test Plans (ITPs). Monitor equipment condition and identify potential issues. Support preventive maintenance and reliability improvement activities. Assist with Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and 5-Why analysis. Support MOC, PSSR, and turnaround activities. Work with maintenance and operations teams to improve safety and equipment reliability. Review and update equipment information and BOMs in maintenance systems. Requirements High School Diploma or equivalent. Hands-on experience troubleshooting rotating equipment. Experience working with maintenance and operations teams. Valid driver's license and required vehicle insurance. Good communication and problem-solving skills. Preferred Experience Experience with pumps, compressors, turbines, motors, or similar rotating equipment. Experience with equipment reliability and maintenance. Knowledge of RCA, 5-Why, or RCM. Experience with CMMS or similar maintenance systems.
Pay:
$83.00 - $100.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
