We are expanding operations in Phoenixville PA, and Oaks PA, and are excited to add a Maintenance Engineer to our team! Professionals possessing strong technical depth with disciplined problem-solving skills coupled with strong execution patterns are strongly encouraged to apply! We are seeking to identify a candidate that will ensure the optimal operation and maintenance of equipment, machinery, and systems across the plant. The ideal candidate will possess strong mechanical and electrical proficiency with a solid understanding of motors, hydraulics, pneumatics, PLC's control systems and the ability to read schematics and technical drawings is essential. Expertise with troubleshooting and root cause analysis. Preventative and Predictive maintenance experience coupled with CMMS systems. Must possess strong safety and compliance knowledge with a strong understanding of OSHA standards, lock-out (LOTO) and risk mitigation practices. Responsibilities Troubleshoot and resolve equipment failures using root cause analysis (RCA) and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence. Estimate project costs and developing departmental budgets Diagnose mechanical, electrical, PLC, and drive system issues and implement timely solutions. Staying current on machinery recalls, safety guidelines and evolving industry standards Collaborate with converting leads and supervisors to identify process inefficiencies and recommend improvements Develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance programs Support continuous improvement initiatives to increase uptime, reduce waste, and improve overall equipment effectiveness (OEE) Assist in equipment upgrades, installations, and commissioning of new machinery Maintain accurate maintenance records, logs, and documentation Manage maintenance inventory, including spare parts ordering, tracking, and optimization of stock levels Ensure compliance with safety standards, company policies, and regulatory requirements Provide technical guidance and training to maintenance technicians and operators as needed Skills Bachelor's degree in engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related field required) Minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment. Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, electrical systems, PLCs, and variable frequency drives (VFDs) Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex equipment issues Experience with preventive and predictive maintenance programs Familiarity with continuous improvement methodologies (Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma a plus) Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Effective communication and collaboration skills across operations and maintenance teams. Proficiency with maintenance management systems (CMMS) preferred Strong organizational skills with experience in inventory control and parts management.
