Job Description

Mechanical Engineer responsible for hands-on mechanical design, prototyping, testing, and development of drone-related systems and components. Job Requirements Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering. 2-5 years of relevant mechanical engineering experience. Entry-level candidates with applicable academic project management experience may be considered. Experience with mechanical design and CAD software. Ability to perform hands-on engineering work involving assembly, prototyping, testing, and troubleshooting. Experience supporting mechanical design projects from concept through implementation. Preferred Skills Experience with SolidWorks. Experience with other 3D CAD platforms if SolidWorks experience is not available. Hands-on experience with drones, UAVs, RC aircraft, or similar electromechanical systems. Personal or academic project experience involving drone assembly, modification, testing, or operation. Experience with rapid prototyping and mechanical fabrication. Academic or professional project management experience. Job Responsibilities Design mechanical components and assemblies using 3D CAD software. Support development of drone and UAV-related mechanical systems. Create and modify mechanical models, drawings, and design documentation. Build and evaluate prototypes. Perform hands-on assembly, testing, troubleshooting, and modification of mechanical systems. Support mechanical integration of components and subsystems. Evaluate mechanical designs for fit, function, manufacturability, and performance. Document design changes, test results, and engineering modifications. Support engineering projects through design, prototype, testing, and implementation phases.
