Onsite Working location: Indianapolis, IN Job Profile Summary The Manufacturing Services Engineer supports the Manufacturing Engineering team by ensuring newly acquired manufacturing equipment is delivered, installed, and supported in line with company standards. This role works closely with Capability Acquisition, Process Owners, Maintenance, and external service providers to ensure equipment is production-ready, maintainable, and fully documented throughout its lifecycle. The Manufacturing Services Engineer is responsible for supporting equipment acquisition and service readiness activities to ensure manufacturing objectives and goals are achieved. This includes coordinating assigned aspects of equipment delivery, service documentation, and external service provider engagement, ensuring all requirements are met prior to handover to operations. What you will be doing Here you'll have the opportunity to work on the following: Partner with Capability Acquisition and Process Owners to support specification, purchase, and acceptance of new manufacturing equipment. Ensure all newly acquired equipment complies with company engineering, safety, quality, and documentation standards. Lead or support equipment handover activities, ensuring readiness for production use. Develop, complete, and maintain asset care manuals, including preventive maintenance plans and operating guidance. Create and maintain critical spare parts lists in collaboration with suppliers, maintenance, and operations teams. Support equipment commissioning, qualification, and transition to steady-state operations. Coordinate with suppliers to obtain complete technical documentation, drawings, manuals, and service requirements. Support continuous improvement of equipment reliability, maintainability, and service strategies. Basic Requirements:

Associate's degree and 4 years of relevant experience OR Bachelor's degree and 2 years of relevant experience OR Master's degree and 0 years of relevant experience OR JD/Ph.D. In Lieu of degree, 6+ years of relevant experience In order to be considered for this role you must be a US Citizen or a US Perm Resident What we offer We offer excellent development opportunities, a competitive salary, and exceptional benefits.
