Job Description

We do not offer H-1B or other visa sponsorship for this position. We are seeking an experienced individual to join our team and provide project management and mechanical (HVAC) design services for a range of building projects. The successful candidate will have the following responsibilities: Manage projects and teams and provide technical design on assigned projects. Assist in producing construction documents for new buildings, renovations, and additions to existing facilities. Develop and maintain project schedules. Coordinate project designs with other disciplines. Build and maintain positive client relationships.
Position Requirements:
The ideal candidate will hold a degree in Architectural or Mechanical Engineering, professional registration, and relevant MEP experience, including project management. The candidate should also demonstrate success in the following skills and abilities: PE required. Strong knowledge of mechanical building codes and ability to perform accurate load calculations. Mechanical/HVAC design experience in retail, commercial, central plants, boilers, cooling towers, and related markets. Knowledge of sustainable design practices. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. High proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit MEP engineering modeling tools.
Pay:
$119,323.25 - $129,915.91 per year
