We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Mechanical Engineer to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in mechanical engineering principles, hands-on experience with mechanical systems and components, and the ability to develop practical solutions to engineering challenges. This role will be responsible for supporting product design, development, testing, and manufacturing while ensuring that all designs meet performance, quality, and safety standards. Duties Design and develop mechanical components, systems, and assemblies according to engineering specifications and project requirements. Create and review detailed engineering drawings, CAD models, and technical documentation. Conduct testing, analysis, and validation of mechanical designs to ensure performance, reliability, and quality standards are met. Troubleshoot mechanical issues and develop effective solutions to improve product performance and manufacturability. Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, and other team members to improve designs, processes, and workflows. Support prototyping, fabrication, assembly, and product development activities from concept through production. Ensure all designs and engineering activities comply with applicable safety, quality, and manufacturing standards. Maintain accurate engineering documentation, design revisions, test results, and project records. Qualifications Basic understanding of mechanical engineering principles and hands-on problem solving. Familiarity with CAD software and engineering drawings is preferred. Strong attention to detail and ability to learn new tools, processes, and technologies. Ability to work independently as well as effectively in a team-oriented environment. Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
