We are seeking a Mechanical Review Board Design Engineer to support an Air Dominance production team responsible for producing key components of missile systems. The Mechanical Review Board Engineer will support production programs by identifying and resolving production issues, defects, and failures. This role will work closely with Mechanical, Quality, Manufacturing, and other cross-functional teams to develop and implement solutions, often in time-sensitive situations. Key Responsibilities Participate in the Material Review Board (MRB) process, including reviewing non-conforming hardware for performance impacts. Identify root causes and support corrective actions to prevent recurrence. Coordinate efforts across Mechanical, Quality, and Manufacturing teams. Lead investigative efforts and communicate findings and status to interdisciplinary teams and leadership. Support weekly meetings and provide program status updates. Basic Qualifications Bachelor's degree from an accredited university, preferably in Engineering or a related field. 4+ years of experience with GD&T in accordance with ASME Y14.5 and tolerance analysis. 2+ years of experience with Creo design software. 4+ years of root cause and corrective action experience. 4+ years of experience reading engineering drawings, documents, parts lists, and specifications. Ability to lead investigations and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams. BI03
