A growing food company is currently searching for a Plant Project Engineer with food manufacturing experience to oversee various projects within the food processing plants In return, the company offers a good starting salary, excellent benefits and relocation if needed Salary range for this position is $100-140k plus 25% bonus. Medical, Dental and Vision offered to qualified candidates This is a REMOTE position with 60% travel, but you must be within 2 hours of a plants in Georgia, North Carolina, Texas, South Carolina or West Virginia or willing to relocate near one of the plants.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Structural or Mechanical Engineering or a related field is required 3-5 years of experience as a Project Engineer in a food manufacturing plant required. MUST have experience with fully cooked USDA meat Above average AutoCAD skills Proficient with Microsoft Office Very good project management skills Very good analytical skills.
