Heber Springs, AR (Hybrid) Our client is hiring an R&D Product Care Engineer to drive design, testing, and continuous improvement while partnering with cross-functional teams to enhance product reliability and performance.
Responsibilities include:
Drive product lifecycle management, product care, and continuous improvement initiatives Lead validation, testing, and qualification activities, including hands-on testing Partner with operations, manufacturing, quality, and sourcing teams Advance design-to-cost and design-for-manufacturing initiatives Implement product improvements based on performance data and field feedback Maintain technical documentation, specifications, drawings, and reports
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or higher in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering 3+ years of experience with medium-voltage products, switchgear, or overhead switching equipment 3+ years of experience in electromechanical engineering design and development Proficiency with NX, Teamcenter, or similar CAD/PLM tools Experience with product validation, testing, and manufacturing introduction
Preferred Qualifications:
