Salary:

What your future day will look like: Designed custom tooling and fixtures to support production. Improved manufacturing processes to increase efficiency and product quality. Developed CAD models and technical drawings for machining applications. Diagnosed equipment issues and implemented effective corrective solutions. Led tooling development projects supporting new manufacturing capabilities. Collaborated with cross-functional teams and suppliers on tooling requirements. Managed preventive maintenance programs to reduce production downtime.
