Years of experience: 5 years of relevant experiences Degree requirement: Associate or Bachelor. Do you accept internships as job experience: No Top 3
Skills:
Foundry Engineer Experience. (Tools Quotation, Casting Scrap defects analysis & resolution, Foundry process knowledge, no-bake process, cold box process) Foundry tooling Design Experience. (Pattern and core boxes, Complex modeling, intuitive knowledge of P/L, offsets, clearances, layout in tool build, no-bake process, cold box process) Creo modeling and flow simulation analysis using SolidCast Additional Technical Skills (Required) Strong CAD skills (Creo prefers). Machining print reading and geometric tolerance understanding Casting simulation experiences (SolidCast prefers) (Desired) CNC milling knowledge Soft Skills (Required) Able to work with and direct suppliers on Tooling Build Projects Communicate and work well with all levels of the facility. (Desired)
