Asset Condition Assessment & Monetized Risk Translation:

Strong capability to convert equipment condition, failure modes, and reliability indicators into quantified business impact (e.g., production loss, maintenance cost, risk exposure), enabling data-driven decision-making and prioritization at the asset level. •

Value Identification & Reliability Optimization:

Proven track record of identifying actionable opportunities from digital analytics to improve asset performance, reduce OPEX, optimize maintenance strategies (PM/CBM/RBI), and eliminate bad actors while maintaining operational and safety integrity. •

Advanced Data Integration & Digital Tool Expertise:

Demonstrated ability to extract, correlate, and interpret data from industrial platforms (e.g., PI Vision, GE Vernova

APM, SAP PM

), with hands-on experience integrating multi-source datasets into unified dashboards using tools such as Python (pandas, APIs) and visualization platforms (Power BI, Spotfire, or similar). •

API & Systems Interoperability Expertise:

Deep understanding of industrial data architectures, including API integration, data pipelines, and communication protocols, enabling seamless connectivity between disparate systems and scalable deployment of centralized asset health monitoring solutions.
