Project Manager / Aquatic Design Engineer

Qualifications and responsibilities for this Project Manager / Aquatic Design Engineer position include: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, or related technical field

• Lead aquatic facility projects from proposal and schematic design through construction administration. 3+ years of engineering, design, or project management experience
• Coordinate project schedules, deliverables, and budgets to ensure successful completion. Experience working with architectural or engineering firms
• Collaborate with architects, municipalities, contractors, and consultants to achieve project objectives. Proficiency with Revit, AutoCAD, Bluebeam, and Adobe
• Review and develop technical design documentation and project drawings. Strong coordination and leadership skills
• Guide and mentor internal technical production teams during project development. Strong communication and client interaction abilities
• Support proposals, technical presentations, and stakeholder coordination. Willingness to travel for project meetings and site visits
• Conduct construction phase coordination and on-site project reviews. Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred or experience with aquatic or municipal water systems
• Assist with engineering coordination including mechanical systems and multidisciplinary teams.

Salary :

$80,000

• $110,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
