You'll work under the guidance of experienced engineers on well-defined projects and tasks, helping analyze and validate designs, troubleshoot issues, refine processes, and develop new or improved products, equipment, and testing methods. You'll also provide technical support to production and contribute to feasibility studies and other engineering projects.
Hours:
Mon-Fri 7:00am-3:30pm What You'll Do With oversight and direction, work on simple assemblies or on tasks in support of larger engineering projects. With oversight and direction, help to resolve production issues. Perform assigned research and development tasks on new products. In support of developing quality expectations, create documentation and perform follow-up audits. With oversight and direction, establish production procedures, work instructions, QA matrices, and bills of materials. What You'll Bring Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related field or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience 1+ years of experience in mechanical engineering Strong project management, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills Strong written and oral communication skills with people at all levels of the organization Comfortable using hand tools and power toolsBase Compensation Range:
$36.83-$55.29 per hour. Compensation offered will be based on a variety of individual factors, including education and experience, as well as internal equity. Our salary ranges are reviewed and updated each year and employees are eligible for pay increases based on individual performance.Benefits:
